Our rating:
Advantages of Air India are the number of destinations in India. A well maintained fleet and it's also possible to select a seat and check in online. Not all aircraft have on-board in-flight entertainment with AVOD (Audio Video On Demand).

Air India is a an average airline for Asian standards, no extraordinary performance but a decent airline with friendly staff and offer good on-board service. Seat pitch in economy is comparable with major European airlines.
