Thai Airways International is the national flag carrier and largest airline of Thailand. Thai Airways was founded in 1960. Thai Airways operates primarily out of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). Thai Airways operates worldwide scheduled passenger services to more than 70 destinations, mostly Europe and Asia.

Thai Airways is part of the alliance Star Alliance. Thai Airways operates a mixed fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft.

Singapore Airlines offers 3 classes of service. First Class (Royal First Class) available on the Airbus A340-600, Boeing 747 and 777, A new version of Royal First Class seating in a suite or enclosure configuration is available on Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, Airbus A380 aircraft and select Boeing 747-400 aircraft. Business Class (Royal Silk Class), Premium Economy and Economy Class.

Thai Airways has a friendly staff and offer excellent on-board service. We recommend Thai Airways for flights from, via and to Asia. Thai Airways is comparable with Malaysia Airlines. The seat pitch in economy is comfortable for a long flight.
