British Airways is the flag carrier airline of the United Kingdom and was founded in 1974. British Airways is the largest UK airline based on fleet size, international flights and international destinations. British Airways operates flights to over 165 destinations worldwide from its main hub at London Heathrow Airport and secondary hub London Gatwick Airport. British Airways is a member of the Oneworld airline alliance. British Airways merged with Iberia in 2011, creating the International Airlines Group (IAG), the world's third-largest airline group in terms of annual revenue and the second-largest in Europe. British Airways operates a mixed fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft. The frequent-flyer program of British Airways is Executive Club.
