Virgin America information :

Virgin America is a United States-based airline founded in 2004 and commenced operations in 2007. Its main hub is San Francisco International Airport. Virgin America offers dual-class service on all flights it operates. Both cabins feature mood lighting and all seats are equipped with a personal in-flight entertainment system. Virgin America operates an all-Airbus fleet. The Frequent-flyer program for Virgin America is Elevate.

Virgin America offers three classes of service: First Class, Premium Economy (Main Cabin Select) and Economy Class (Main Cabin). First Class seats offer a seat pitch of 55 inches, feature power-ports, adjustable headrests and a massage function. Passengers receive complimentary meals, refreshments, and alcoholic beverages, free live satellite television, on-demand movies, on-demand television programming and a selection of games. Main Cabin Select premium economy, passengers are offered more conveniences than in normal Main Cabin seats and have a seat pitch of 38 inches, meals, refreshments and alcoholic beverages are free, as are the premium television channels and movies. Main Cabin seats offer a seat pitch of 32 inches, power-ports and adjustable headrests. In Main Cabin, passengers have free live satellite television, pay-per-view on-demand movies and on-demand television shows, a small selection of free games and a larger selection of games for purchase. Passengers can purchase snacks, meals, and alcoholic beverages from their seats via Red.

* IFE : In-Flight Entertainment. Many airlines equip their aircraft with a complete in-flight entertainment system.
